What file format should I upload for my design?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, and AI file formats. For best results, please provide a high-resolution or vector file to ensure clear embroidery details.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We require a minimum of 10 pieces per design to proceed with your order. This helps ensure quality production and cost efficiency.
Can I order fewer than 10 pieces?
Sorry, we don’t accept orders below 10 pieces. However, you can order different sizes or colors of the same design, as long as the total quantity per design is 10 or more.How do I place an order?
Visit our Order Page, choose your patch size, shape, backing type, and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We accept and ship orders worldwide. International shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes. We’ll send a digital sample (mock-up) for your approval before production begins.
If you prefer a physical sample, we can produce one for an additional fee.
